JJR Motorsport was a venture by Ambition 4U Ltd, set up with the backing and support of Tristram Oman of HRS Motorsport. JJR Motorsport now starting their fourth year and having had a year of our own successes are now developing into a force to be reckoned with within the kart club scene and are activley developing strategies to bring new people into the sport by running competitions with indoor circuits.

Now independent of HRS Motorsport team, JJR plan to build upon their achievments and move into the national karting arena by entering the Stars of Tomorrow Championship. Therefore we are looking to attract suitable individuals into the team to grow the team and the business.

JJR uses the services of Nigel at HRS Racing Engines which have been excellent over the years.  We plan to use this outstanding service for the foreseeable future, and place it on record a big thank you to NIgel

We hope to provide kart racers and their support teams with a package which will allow the individual to develop their skills on the track and gain invaluable experience in the art of kart preparation and setup to help them progress up the grid.

John Johnston Team Manager, has been interested in motorsport for over twenty years, his first love rallying being out of reach for his own children offered Karting as a hobby to his boys and that’s where it started, 10 years later neither of his boy race however the lessons and skills are now invaluable to help others.
